Applicant understands that they will need renter’s insurance to cover loss of furniture and personal property. Full-time students should check for possible coverage under the parent homeowner’s policy. Rent includes Stove, Refrigerator.
Water, trash, Gas (heat) & electricity are not included.
I understand the policy regarding: No pets allowed, No waterbeds allowed & rent is due by the 1st of the month with a $30 penalty if not received timely.
